Delicious recipes with PF Rooibos tea
More than just a hot drink!
The red gold of the Western Cape in South Africa has undoubtedly achieved greatest fame as a much-loved tea, but red bush does not only look good when brewed. For example, soup and ice cream can be refined and pepped up with a few tea bags. Getting more Curious? Now we bring South Africa into your kitchen – You will enjoy it!
PF Rooibos latte
Ingredients (for 1 drink):
200 ml PF rooibos tea
200 ml of milk
1 dash of vanilla syrup
Pour the tea in a latte macchiato glass and let it steep. Now warm up the milk and froth up. Season the tea with syrup to taste, fill the glass with the frothed milk - et voilà!

PF Apple rooibos iced tea
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
300 ml rooibos tea
1/2 vanilla pod
1/2 green apple (e.g. Granny Smith)
150 ml clear apple juice (chilled)
2 tbsp lemon juice
If you like: ice cubes and brown cane sugar
Cut the vanilla pod lengthways in half and then pour on the rooibos tea. Cover and let stand for approx. 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Wash the apple, divide into wedges and finally cut into small slices.
Now mix the tea with apple and lemon juice. Distribute ice cubes and apple slices between glasses and pour the chilled tea on top. If you like it a little sweeter, add a little brown sugar.

PF Rooibos Cappuccino
1. Prepare the PF Rooibos Espresso mixture
2. 10 x 5ml heaped Teaspoons of Espresso mixture
3. Add 250ml hot boiling water
4. 5 minutes to infuse
5. Cup Infusion should be dark brown with full - Instead of Espresso mix, 12 x 5ml heaped Teaspoons of Loose Rooibos Leaf tea can be prepared with plunger
7. Pour in the rooibos-espresso, then carefully top with milk and milk froth and garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
Tip: Spoon a good teaspoon of honey in a large mug and add it.
